Recent planning decisions by delegated powers (Details supplied by Walter Houlton)
- Barnes Way, Kingswood. Erection of three storey Integrated Care Centre. Permitted on 24 December 2009. This is a very large NHS building, one step down from a hospital, providing many services including ambulances. This is the Integrated Care Centre for north Hull. It is intended to provide Integrated Care Centres for east Hull and west Hull but the sites have not yet been decided.
- Ye Old Blue Bell, Market Place. (1.) Addition of ridged roof over games room following removal of existing monopitch roof and part of retaining wall. (2.) Addition of fence to existing wall at rear. Permitted on 21 December 209.0
- Land and buildings at 20-24 Baker Street. Bounded by Little Reed Street to north and Clarence Court to east. Complete demolition of unlisted buildings without a contract being in place for replacement buildings. Refused on 21 December 2009. (Hooray! – JDS)
- 14-16 South Street. Installation of new shop front. Permitted on 21 December 2009.

- Portakabins have been erected on part of Albion St CP as temporary location of new health centre and hoardings have gone up in preparation for demolition of Grattan’s (originally Jordans) building to erect a permanent new health centre on Storey St
